Integration begins when people take action together.

Hauptstadt Integration e.V. connects people, ideas and organisations. We create spaces for encounter, education and active participation – in Berlin and across borders.

Open to partnerships in Germany and across Europe

Who we are

A new association with a clear mission and solid expertise.

Hauptstadt Integration e.V. is a new non-profit association based in Berlin. We are building our work step by step, turning professional experience into concrete activities. We see integration as a shared creative process: connecting people, strengthening skills and opening new pathways to social participation.

Hauptstadt Integration e.V. was founded by seven people with their own histories of migration. Diverse professional experience – including public administration, law, European project management, entrepreneurship and gastronomy – informs the association’s work.

We share the experience of knowing integration not only as a social-policy issue, but as a personal and practical process.

Aims and fields of action

Three fields. One shared goal.

We bring our statutory aims together in three connected fields of action: greater participation, new perspectives and an open society.

01

Connection & participation

Intercultural encounters, volunteering and practical support open pathways into community life and strengthen social cohesion.

02

Education & perspectives

Workshops, skills development and practical guidance create opportunities for personal, professional and entrepreneurial growth.

03

Culture & Europe

We connect arts and cultural activities with European exchange, mobility and cross-border partnerships.
